1. You didn't answer my question, do you think Joyboy was constantly gassing out against the 20 kings in the Void Century?
2. Luffy and Kizaru's 1v1 featured Luffy starting off with prior damage from fighting the Seraphim during the night, taking unnecessary damage twice from the laser barrier and then from protecting Vegapunk, and Luffy then immobilizing Kizaru with a single attack while Kizaru did nothing to put him down and only tried putting distance between them. No ACoC until Star Gun either, and Luffy only threw Kizaru when he grabbed him when we know he could've crushed him and made him bleed as we saw in round 2 with Saturn involved. That's factual proof of Luffy not trying his best.
3. Killing future sight will ensure Luffy beats Admirals? A Will of D power-up is bullshit you just made up on the spot.
4. Oda's writing style put the Yonko at the top of the verse way back in the Chapter 400s and Luffy acquired the power to defeat a Yonko two arcs ago. He doesn't need a power-up for Akainu unless the latter proves he's strong enough for Luffy to need one. And Luffy is not on par with Kizaru, he's a level above and only had a bad matchup against him because of poor stamina and Kizaru's speed. Luffy still looked clearly superior especially after the pancake incident.
1. I answered it. Joyboy in base was naturally much stronger than base Luffy. He had way more endurance to sustain the form.
2. No it didn’t? That was literally an entire days difference. Luffy was not nerfed going into Kizarus fight otherwise Oda would’ve mentioned that. And Luffy couldn’t even land a hit on Kizaru till WSG, what’s the point in imbuing attacks with CoC if they won’t connect anyways other than make Luffy gas out faster.
3. Yeah, it means Luffy will be able to land more attacks and defeat opponents before he gases out. And no it’s not? That’s literally something Imu alluded to about how current Ds are nothing because they don’t anything about the will of D.
4. Luffy got the power to barely defeat a nerfed yonko. Again this is just how strong you want Luffy to be then ignoring that Oda showcased the limits of Luffys strength in his fight against Kizaru.
Luffy didn’t look superior to the guy who got up first and without help while Luffy needed outside help just to get back up.
