Its more than that
Not only are the chapters that he calls peak mostly ass and the one he does not hype up the interesting ones, redon is a large part of why people hate one piece spoilers.
He either cant read the raws correctly (seraphim are free)
He highlights parts of the chapter only powerscaling autismos cares about (which also regularly turns out wrong when you see the raws, hence the "textspoilers vs raws meme which origin is literal one piece spoilers)
OR
He leaves part of the chapter out for agenda reasons

- The other Straw Hats reached Elbaf, they are in Midgard, the realm where humans live
- Robin sees Saul from afar but we don't get to see more than that
- Luffy exits the room and he sees Elbaf, the Thousand Sunny is on the Yggdrasil tree
- In an amazing doublespread, we see that Luffy and the others are in the realm of the rabbits in Yggdrasil, that's why they met the Ear God
- In the final page of the chapter, we see the shadow of an Elephant in the shore of Elbaf
- Next week, there is a break

It's a pretty noticeable pattern, for any powerup Kidd gets or any character that Kidd interacts with...they will be heavily downplayed...Big mom, awakening etc...

And improved pacing. If it's well received they might just do it for all of the new world arcs. They can do 6 months a year for new episodes and the other 6 to remaster entire arcs.
