Saturn's entrance was legitimately top-tier: he came out of a summoning circle, his haki was felt throughout the whole island and had everyone there stressing at it, and he looked like he had an awakened mythical zoan, to top it all off.

He spent 90% of the arc being a punching bag ,who failed to kill even the weakhats in a direct confrontation.
