Can guns be useful for Haki user? I mean can you hurt a logia user with a gun's bullet if you were a Haki user? We saw Rayleigh destroying canons balls using pebbles, so I wonder if guns' bullets can be of any use in Haki.

Honestly their upgrade is lame

Perhaps in Oda's/One Piece's logic, anything that looks lame tend to appear being powerful. After we were introduced to Haki, Look at Vergo. He makes that bambo stick as lethal as a sword or just any iron pipe.

So why didn't he make kyros a new leg? I'm not sure franky is just making new limbs like that.
And if he is it takes time which he currently doesn't have for neko but he already had with inu and didn't do anything.
