Aside from Loki, why are folks suddenly hyping rest of Elbaf citizens and warriors like all are YC1++ to mid top tier lvl
There's no feats to suggest that.
Every giants we've seen except Dorry and Broggy are scrubs.
We've got John Giant(and other Giants VA) who were recruited and was probably given training by Marine Org, and all of em still turn out to be borderline fodders.
Hajruddin, as his name being called out quite couple of times and runs an organisation and many followers, he appears to be a big shot among Elbaf warrior too. And still was too weak for Gear 2 Luffy of dressorsa
(Don't forget even likes Dorry and and Broggy falls under Galdino fruit)
As of now, on average, Elbaf armies as a group are >> average armies. With Loki ( if hes a top tier), they are stronger force than one Yonko crew.
But saying Kaido or Big mom would lose or get's killed by the rest of Elbaf fighters who are roughly around Hajruddin lvl or slightly stronger is horrendous
