That’s because Pudding wasn’t evil. Luffy can sense people’s feelings very well and as we saw Pudding felt nothing but sadness and doubt the whole time. It’s very possible Luffy mistook her sadness to be about Sanji and less about herself.

Doffy feels sad too in his alone times, doesn't mean he Is Evil by normal standards

Dorry and Brogy are called the “red ogre” and “blue ogre”.

That’s basically Kid and Law’s color schemes. Also we know they are going back to little garden, meaning someone has to replace them. Perhaps it could be Hajrudin and Loki, but they are royals, so I feel like maybe not.
