I appreciate it. I paid for a personal trainer before and once you learn the basics you don’t need to pay for one. Unless they are helping you adjust your diet and maintenance goals.

Going to post results on either Halloween, or on November first.

Posting results every two weeks (or half a month) still allows me to keep tabs on progress without losing track of goal.
