General & Others Name Something Oda Did That Was Just Not Good

Kaidou not having conquered the world despite having the individual strength needed for it.
I feel like this would bring a fresh twist to the series and break the usual cliché we're used to, where the heroes always triumph and win in the end.

Kaido's non existent backstory.

Mihawk training Zoro.
I dont have an issue now but it was really weird at first.
It can still end up good, depends how Oda handles it through the flashbacks.
Mihawk training Zoro is like the movie El Zorro when Anthony Hopkins trains Antonio Banderas as the next Zorro. Hopkins also has Hawkeyes and Zoro's name is an obvious reference...

Alot of things - but lets just go with this:
Creating plot points, just to throw them out of the window and acting like they never existed.
Like one good example was BM and her ''gift'' she will send to you when you refuse to come to her Party and Luffy did wayy worse than that, but this plot was never used - obviously, because it was unsolvable - family and friends of the SH's would be dead. But why create this plot, if you can't write it? Just to create fake tension...

I could deal with almost all of his bullshit, the running around for no reason at all, the fake deaths (never believed in them anyway), the inconsistencies in using haki (not a problem), the thousands of useless characters that take panels time of more important character (we get used to it).

But the one thing he did wrong and knew it was wrong but said he didn't give a fuck about his readers was the Gomu Gomu no Mi retcon. Creating Nika was the shittiest and stupidest move ever.
It came out of nowhere and it turned Luffy into a fucking clown when fighting with unfunny Looney gags and changed his character for the worst.

1. Not giving the other strawhats besides Luffy and Zoro and Sanji more fights, I need more Robin demonio fleur attacks.
2. Zoro and wano, pretty dumb that no one in wano was like hm, oh wait that’s that one guy’s son.
3. No clash or anything between Luffy and Big Mom? Like what? This shit was building up since FISHMAN ISLAND!
4. Not having the strawhats fight the seraphim actually, I wanted Robin vs S Snake, you know how beautiful that fight would be, I know Robin might lose but still, it would be cool
5. Momonosuke, he should honestly, yeah I’m not gonna say anything for the sake of me not getting banned

@Logiko Give us your thoughts
I mean, it's easy :

One of the worst thing Oda did is make a criminal woman spit at the feet of the people that love her the most just after they braved hell to free her from an evil organization by saying that she didn't want them to come to rescue her, that she wants to die instead and that they would betray her anyway.

Really horrendous thing from Oda

You just contradicted yourself.

Kaido is the strongest individually, but by a few percentage points. That percentage goes away when you bring armies into play.
