Well, I should have figured that a dead heat would happen eventually. :saturn:

In the event of a stalemate, two actions will be taken by the Presidential Punchout committee because I refuse to do rematches. :catsure:

Act 1) The committee will search for thread posts that explicitly support one participant over the other but didn't vote in the poll. This will be counted as a Postal Vote. :watchout:

Act 2) If Act 1 fails to break the stalemate either due to no Postal Votes or equal Postal Votes then the vote of committee member @Owl Ki will be discounted. Sure sucks to be that sassenach. :arnoling:

After careful combing, the committee finds a single post that fits the criteria of a Postal Vote.
