In fact Oda raise his stock since he can now do G4 moves without going fully into gear 4 .

The issue with current luffy imo is G5 time limit. Bajrung Gun aside it does seems luffy is lacking for now. Kaido at the end was overwhelming G5 luffy , shanks's Haki was compared to joyboy and Old healthy WB had WSM title.

Big mom does seems to be an exception in this case. Simply shows how bad oda treated her.

Outright stated to have the potential of a Fleet Admiral without her DF

We haven't seen a Prime Linlin in action but given Roger didn't want smoke with her on her territory, despite having monsters like Rayleigh and Gaban. She was definitely stronger than what we saw in Wano. Even Pero hasn't seen her so nimble in years

IMO i don't think it matter of how strong shanks is alone and more of how Oda like to show him off.
Has there been any character that gotten more glaze than him , man haki even get compare to joy boy lol.

Kizaru has shown that his kicks will do literally nothing to Luffy. His lasers typically get dodged, and even when Luffy ate one, he was relatively fine, it just burnt him a bit. The only thing that's really dangerous is his light sword.
Also, Luffy has considerably higher power than Kizaru does.
He'd generally have an easier time taking down Kizaru than Kizaru would taking him down.
The only problem is the G5 time limit, but he could probably go back into G5 right after.

True, but again, this is full power Luffy. He can spam ACoA+ACoC moves and what not. In fact I don't even think Star Gun had ACoA in it, if he amped it with that and spammed that Kizaru would probably be down in three or four hits.

Then bounty scaling at this point is just laughable. We know Law’s bounty is inflated.

Oda has to nerf luffy over and over being Yonko not going to change that .
Why do you think every time he has a new gear it has some draw back .
If Oda care about not fucking over luffy he would not be the only person in the series with this issue .
I have said time and time before there no shonen MC that lose more than luffy lmao .

It also feels worse since One Piece is longer than most other series, so Oda has more chances to embarrass Luffy.
