Sengoku goes out and ask for Brannew current bounty [HERE]. Brannew outright stated that the Warlords are going back to the drawing board to give accurate info in what their level of threat reflects..
So what we have here is the text giving us context that new news will reflects the change of threat levels across board.
So what we have is current info on the Yonko to give us in idea now. But if the alliance fruition do come into existence then their threat level will ALSO increase
We literally saw the context happen before our eyes : Blackbeard having a 2.2Bil but his off screen threat came to fruition pushing him to 3.9Bil.
And since BM/Kaido alliance was shut down by the Straw-hats alliance they don't get that benefit any longer.

Not even just relevant in the world, Iβm talking about relevant in the story. Oda hasnβt given or done anything with Mihawk to make the audience think heβs special. His entire existence is to lose to Zoro when Zoro is strong enough. Im not sure Oda is going to make a tertiary character stronger than his poster boy
Oda could give Akainu 4 Crowns and the intent was still the same, yet he give him 5.
Oda also speaks very good about Akainu's strenght. Sure the bounty isn't an indicator to take at face value, but consider Akainu's portrayal (Who is much better than Sengoku) you realize this is still good for him.
But people will backtrack now.

Mihawk's entire portrayal is leeching off everything Shanks does.
I think that's a bummer, since's he's a cool character, but it is what it is.
Marineford didn't do him any favors. And Cross Guild is just Oda's roundabout way ot shoehorning him into the story so his fight against Zoro isn't some lame sidequest and can actually be part of the narrative.
Mihawkbros should unironically wank Shanks harder than Shanks fans since they depend on him to get indirect portrayal.
