Because your argument is based on them individually being 5B, right? I do not see that corroborated in the scan, where it accounts for their combined worth.

And yeah, Linlin has/had that potential in her. I don't think—comparing her to a CP0 Genius like Lucci—she came out the better in some areas. She'd be more well rounded, though that's just my opinion/headcanon

In-universe is important context but Oda bestowed a big honor on Akainu here. Literally #3 in terms of bounty, I know why that's coming with so much scrutiny but I think everyone knows Oda isn't doing this without a care

The very peak of top tiers in power are 4B class and beyond that is where WB and Roger sit as 5B fighters

FA Kong is 5B but who the hell thinks he's anywhere near Wb ?
FA sengoku is 5B but doesn't mean much when he and Garp are below Shiki (not 5B)
fA akainu is worth 5B but he's sickbeard level or slightly above until further notice
Garp is 3B as Admirals while prime Garp clears even Akainu and he's equal to FA Sengoku
VAs have 500M yet we know they aren't even all equals.

So in the end, CG bounty is more flawed than WG official bounties
It's all about marine ranking with 1-2 exceptions: Garp and Koby

So the Fleet Admiral would always get 5B
That's not even to discredit Sakazuki, though, it's just how it is.
