3B is the ballpark of the top tiers.
5B is the one where the strongest reside, like Roger, Primebeard, Sengoku and Akainu. You think 5B means nothing and it's just a rank?

My fav yonko is kaido and even then I'm not gonna claim he's PK level equal or above roger/wb cause of his title and actual hype from Oda

Well as his floor Kuzan has 3B which is already close to Mihawk, and the reason BB got a bounty increase is likely due to Kuzan joining.
Kuzan also has better portrayal than the other admirals (he's the only one other than Akainu that's a contender for the one piece) and he fought 10 days against someone worth 5 billion.

The marines don’t give out bounties based on how they compare CG’s bounties work… they are unrelated
Kuzan’s bounty floor is his pirate bounty from the moment he joined as Teach’s 10 titanic captain… and since then the only thing he’s done to increase his bounty is gang up on Garp with the rest of Blackbeard pirates…

False, the only reason Oda introduced marine bounties narratively for the reader is for comparison to WG bounties, they're even listed in the same spot as WG bounties in VCs. Otherwise it would be pointless to include them in the story.
He was front-lining against Garp while wavering and will receive the bulk of the credit.
