Things are speeding up on the lower decks, too.

Loved the casino artworks btw, created a great atmosphere.

Hisoka being battlesexual to the max was a nice nostalgia moment, too.

Explains why someone like Hisoka didn't care to get himself involved with the Chimera Ants even though they're absurdly powerful

He has a very specific kind of fight he wants and the Ants just don't meet his criteria

Looks like things are heating up for the Troupe as well

Bonolenov has an absurd nen ability tbh... the ability to imitate someone's appearance is just one part of his hatsu

Feitan's battle suits also probably have a few ridiculous abilities mixed in

All of the mafia stuff is whatever to me though

I find Beyond and the Princes far more interesting but it isn't terrible ig

Bonolenov transformation ability is perfect for the troupe (would be op if he could use their hatsu), but ultimately, he either gets killed by Hisoka or Illumi
Ken Wang mentioned Morena Joker, I can only think hes referring about Hisoka.
I'm hoping this phantom troupe trio makes it out of this war, but it's likely one of them won't.

I think it's because he dismissed them as mere animals, if he actually met one and saw how humanlike they were, he would've been interested.

Agree, it could have been better.

But, at the same time it helped to establish characters' personalities and their traits.

It is interesting how every party has their own plan (and the man-power and means to implement it).

You actually get a feel that this huge number of characters are not just NPCs, they have certain roles and ability to take action, unlike other shounen where there is just A and B side (some support the MC or go against him).

It 100% is a manga and not some deep literature.

That doesn't mean there are no levels to the complexity of manga stories.

I for one personally (!) enjoy the more complex manga stories like the current HxH arc more than most generic shonen arcs.

Nothing more, nothing less.

If you feel the need to come and whine about HxH every single chapter thread, you're of course invited to do so.

Like I said: To each their own.

the guy on a news is the one, who kidnapped sarasa. he's one of her killers. so yes, spiders found him and killed 10 years ago.
why showing him right now?
maybe he connected to kakin or togashi tells us, that this trully will be ryodan's final masquearade.

iirc we still don't know what was in the note, that killers left on sarasa's body. kuroro said, that he will take it to his grave.

it's all could be tied together in this arc

Why would it be Hisoka? Wang would already know where Hisoka was if he's Morena Joker.
