So Shanks is strong enough to be able to fight Prime Garp and Sengoku for some time, yet Kaido thinks there is nobody alive who can defeat him?,
I think the fact that he thinks that alone shows that that's not the case, not to mention that if Shanks was that strong he would mid diff Kaido, much less current emperors and admirals,
