- Chapter 1131: The Deceiver
- Chapter starts with Robin, Franky and the other Straw Hats finally reaching Elbaph
- Franky tells Robin: "I can't believe that Luffy's bounty got so high"
- Flashback of Vivi and Morgans talking about bounties
- Vivi is shocked about the new bounties of the Straw Hats, she can't believe that Luffy's is that high because of Morgans
- Vivi tells Morgans she doesn't want to stay with a deceiver like him, she marks Luffy's arm with an "X" on his photo
- Vivi hopes that she will meet the Straw Hats soon now that they became great pirates
- We move on to Red Hair pirates who are shocked about Luffy having a bounty similar to Shanks'
- Shanks smiles and says proudly "it is time for us to meet, Luffy"
- Shanks is grabbing two bounty posters: Luffy's and his
- Luffy's bounty and Shanks' bounty are very similar, around 4.5 billion
- Chapter then moves to Luffy who is standing in front of Loki
- Luffy asks Loki to join his crew and Loki accepts, Luffy then ends up freeing Loki
- In an impressive doublespread, Loki removes his eye bandage and we see his eyes glow
- Loki shapeshifts into Luffy and disappears
