That Duel is also probably what gave Mihawk his Title of Greatest Swordsman,
It's also why Mihawk doesn't see anyone Stronger than Shanks

When Oda shows Real Power of Shanks, Mihawk & Blackbeard (Dragon too imo), this so-called Pirate King Level won't be fun to play with anymore.

No special characteristic like being able to cut fire with foxfire style. So yes, this is most definitely a PL related statement. Copying the signature attack from the PK in and of itself speaks volumes about one’s own PL.

I simply added a comment at the End saying that i believe True Power (EOS Potential) of Shanks, Mihawk & BB is beyond Roger's.
Aptitude is still Hype, no one is saying that Young Shanks Stats are comparable to Roger or Rayleigh, but it speaks about his Potential.

Based on WB's Words, it's implied He doesn't remember a Bigger Fight in Shanks Life than with Mihawk, and that goes both ways.
And in same Chapter, Shanks Hyped Blackbeard's Potential.

So this means that No One in entire World have seen yet True Power/Limit of Shanks or True Power of Mihawk or True Power of Blackbeard.
And this applies to Dragon as well.

From what OPVerse know & what We have seen, these Four are considered no different than Yonko or Great Pirates, but Oda is teasing & hinting that their Ceiling is Higher than that as They are only reserving it for Final Act.
