One Piece characters dont have that type or aura and Oda always chickens out, except in case of Ace.

Closest characters to have that type of aura are Shanks. Emperors were great but Oda replaced them with a clown and a looney tunes character.

Also, Oda lowered the expectations about Gorosei and Imu.

We have Kagurabachi as an alternative though.
