My reasoning is kinda schizo but I strongly doubt the author would permanently alter and revert back for a protagonist design (except if we get another timeskip after Elbaf lmao) for one scene when it isn't even necessary for the reunion to work, so either he was simply himself nostalgic or the pre-ts look or there is a deeper reason.

yeah Rebecca is by far the biggest Nami clone in the manga face wise and it's suspicious she was gone at this time lol

Robin & Vivi hair are not the same but as i said really similar on the front, with the forehead being fully shown and the strands falling on each side of their face and Oda might have noticed it
