Noodle said the same thing about Luffy G4 snakeman. Noodle claimed WCI G4 Luffy speed was equal to Egghead Island G4 Luffy speed.

We saw Luffy training in Udon to increase his base strength and speed. Even without that training his strength and speed would improved. All that training and fighting in Wano and Egghead Island increased this haki size and strength.

Agreed with pacing issues. Infact strong agree. Egghead was fast paced until message part and then rushed the ending. Wano was overstretched mid arc and rushed the ending. WCI climax was overstretched but ending was very good atleast.
