- most of the chapter is about Robin and Saul and them meeting up in the end
- it's a very wholesome chapter
- Saul is very nervous, because he knows he's going to meet Robin again, he passes out from the nerves
- when they meet, Robin uses her devil fruit powers to give Saul a big hug
- Franky is crying a lot
- Bonney is also touched by Robin's story and she mentions she really likes all the Strawhats a lot
- chapter ends with Saul saying he needs to give the Strawhats a message from Kuzan and we see a panel of Saul taking care of Kuzan after his battle with Akainu

Sorry but this was scrapped. Oda recalled next week's chapter because he wasn't satisfied with some story beats. Unexpected break, One Piece returns on November 24th (official release).

You are right we have never seen Rev commanders to plan to infiltrate bases, take out the replenishment fleets and sneak into a palace
