You are right, but the thing is, Both Redon and Pew said the "two weeks break" timeline based on Mangaplus anouncing the next chapter on 1st of december. So if ut wasn't for mangaplus, they won't even have any idea how much the break would be. And now manga plus changes the info again.
They're leakers not because they have insider info. It's because they get early scans of weekly shonen jump. If the chapter was in the mag, we'd be getting hints rn.
But we never got hints, and no leaker has denied the break. I'm just telling you what the most likely scenario will be. Mangaplus is just a subsidiary of a subsidiary. They're not the ones that will come after Ledon when he doesn't even live in Japan.
Usually mangaplus doesn't wait for official announcements to change a date if there's a sudden break since there's privy of stuff we don't, but we'll see

Yeah but it's weird that they would actually go back to a normal schedule after they put a 2 weeks break. They mix up dates but I don't remember them announcing a break, then announcing there isn't one, just for it to be a break a ctually

So, Oda fell sick, Jump panicked, decided to put One Piece on a two-week break, thinking Oda's situation serious enough, only for it to be revealed as a false alarm upon closer inspection, so the break was recalled and swept under the rug?
