The only point of stalling therefore would be to see if he can possibly come up with something else later, but the game's dynamics and the fact thats hea a lone wolf dont really allow much room for that. For example, if there were a janitor in play, he could just wait for that. But perhaps there isn't, or he doesn't know about it because he is solitary and his commander in chief is Yoho processing buttons.

Polars role reveals Yorha (my alignment) is town. Either Machines are wolves or a 2nd town faction who can likely win with the first. Due to the claims I believe the former, so the latter line of logic here is akin to throwing.

I don't understand why you're providing Lukas defense for him tbh. Yeah you could argue it makes no sense for him to claim right now and that he could run out the clock until whenever he's actually forced to claim, but that's not what he did is it. You can always make the argument that player X could have played their situation differently if they were scum but the fact of the matter is people misplay all the time
