This means that when a specie survives, it's not because of something that pushes the evolution and the mutation, but because the mutation happens to be exactly what was needed for the individual to survive in a specific context. And the context vary.

Ideally yes. I agree. But for that, the owners of the means of productions must be willing to go toward such a system. In France we call those cooperatives.
