If Zoro's Lethality was Lacking against Mr. 1, He would have Lost
If Zoro's Strength was Lacking against Ohm, He would have Lost

So when Pre-TS Ended, i was certain of Five Facts:
Shanks Gryphon isn't better than Yoru
Shanks can't Cut everything that Mihawk can
Shanks can't be Physically Stronger than Mihawk (Especially with Lost Arm)
Shanks Sword-Style isn't Superior than Mihawk's
Shanks can't blitz Mihawk
Almost Everyone agrees with these, even Mihawk Haters, cuz it's obvious that Yoru is Best Sword, it's obvious that Shanks Sword-Style & Lethality cannot be better than Greatest Swordsman, and same goes for his Strength/Speed cuz it's the reason Mihawk stopped Fighting Shanks. So instead, People started using Haki as what separates Shanks & Mihawk, giving Shanks the Edge in Combat.
However, in Post-TS, what happens?
If Zoro's CoO was Lacking against Hyouzou, He would have Lost
If Zoro's CoA was Lacking against Pica, He would have Lost
The Pattern continued, and again, Oda added Two more Facts:
Shanks CoO cannot be Superior than Mihawk's
Shanks CoA can't overwhelm Mihawk's
People even started agreeing that Mihawk is Portrayed to have Insane CoO/CoA indeed, so what did the Haters do?
Put all their Money on "Only" CoC to claim that Shanks is Superior
But the Pattern completely destroyed that Dream, by making Zoro's Next Main Fight against King,
Where it was written in a way that if Zoro's CoC was Lacking, He would have Lost

Yes, Mihawk's CoC is Superior than Shanks (At least in Quality, not necessarily Quantity)
Just like He is Superior in Speed, Strength, CoO, CoA, Lethality, Technique & Weapon,

because obviously if they didn't there would be no way in hell they could clash on equal terms.
So if Mihawk has it he would be comparable to Shanks in terms of CoC to actually clash equally with him. Otherwise he would be blown away by the sheer force.
No they are not equal... Mihawks is stronger he has the Title of the strongest unlike Shanks a Yonko. Strongest>Yonko (Yonkos got replaced meanwhile in all these Years of Piracy Mihawk is still waiting for someone to take his Title

Luffy didn't even know what Haki mean when he used CoC, meanwhile Zolo knew it in Fishman island where he admitted Luffy > him, still needed several powerups with Enma to unlock CoC.
One needed a power level to defeat an Emperor right hand Alber, and special item (Enma) to unlock CoC, while Luffy didn't need any special item and was on much weaker power level while unlocked CoC.

Shanks has the great pirate title, meanwhile Mihawk doesn't have that title as a pirate, he is equal partners with Croc meanwhile Shanks has underlings like Beckman, Yasopp, Roo. Here goes your title logic
