Did Rayleigh mean training under someone else, or it can trained by person's own ability only?
If there is no training for CoC, then how did Luffy managed to control his CoC after 2 years, before 2 years he KO his own allies, now he knows he doesn't need to KO his allies while using it, so he somehow managed to train it to get better.
Obviously Rayleigh didn't train Luffy about that, Luffy learned that on his own.
Luffy also learned to use CoC better after losing Kaido on Rooftop, he returned and was able to use CoC better and splitted the sky.
Same with Shanks, Shanks learned Kamusari from seeing Roger. As Oda said, no one learned Kamusari but Shanks maybe because it can't be taught by training?
So Shanks learning it was his own ability to copy, thats an individual CoC training.

Thats obviously not the true meaning of what Rayleigh said. So Shanks's CoC > Kaido's CoC proves this, as Kaido's general power level > Shanks but Shanks has better CoC.

But they can get their CoC better with their own individual training or copying someone on their own.

Shanks CoC in full effect - Admiral is scared of the whole crew not shanks individuality.
You cannot train it directly to be stronger .. you can control it and who it affects that's about it.

Shanks somehow learned to control his CoC better than others.
There is also Haki speciality factor that I mentioned in the first post. Obviously the reason Zolo needed Enma and superior power during PostTS to get CoC is because his Haki speciality is CoA, while Luffy's and others CoC they were able to use it while they were much weaker PreTS, they have more talent for CoC.

That strongest swordsman title doesn't make Pirate Mihawk a great pirate.
WB, Kaido, and other Emperors are on strongest generally level. Mihawk isn't.
You cannot train CoC to be stronger (this is your power) but you can channel it, this doesn't improve the strength just better control.
I have no idea about Shanks training.. it's all conjecture.
There's a little truth to what your saying like Zoro using CoA before Luffy its his speciality.. but the funny thing is Luffy learned what Zoro learned pre-ts and Zoro learned what Luffy learned pre-ts.
They're two sides of the same coin :

-- Zoro being in control the whole time and staying composed doesn't mean you can win sometimes going all out wins the fight.
