Logia can create matter out of thin air. Thats not verse breaking somehow.
But destroying the same matter that was artificially created is?
It breaks your favs is what you actually mean.

I do not believe that it is possible for haki to destroy matter created by DFs, but you are acting like it is more strange than DF creating matter in the first place. Which it is not.

What haki was shown to be able to do is to revert DFs effect and even to shield from them.
Shanks in Marine Ford blocked Akainus magma fist while we were seeing several swords and other metal parts melted in the background. Shanks blade was unharmed by the heat.
Kaido and BMs haki was too strong for Law to teleport them.
Law completely reversed the sex altering from Doc Q.
Having to use haki to do this is still more exhausting than using a DF which means that DF keep an advantage even at top tier haki levels.

I think strong enough haki:
- CAN Delete any devil fruit power that are still lingering on your body (see Law)
- CAN SHOCK a devil fruit user out of his transformation (the key word here is "shock", not directly disable)
- CAN touch a Logia's main body (without forcing the user to detransform)
- CANNOT revert something that has already happened (like makes Aokiji's ice or Greenbull's forest disappeared)

I would say it's extremely unlikely that Imu gave 5 guys Awakened Zoan transformations and that he can hand these kinds of abilities out like candy.

GB himself had to completely turn off his df since he still had branches on his feet after feeling the haki.

Only Joyboy completely turner Gorosei back to their human forms

Shanks literally canceled his broccoli form, stop nitpicking. Doesn't matter if he can only do it once or twice or ineffective in a fight he still did it. Joyboy's CoC >>> Shanks' CoC anyways
