Whitebeard was said to have ruled the seas for decades and was constantly said to be the strongest man and an equal to Roger in their primes
Joyboy is pretty obvious
Rocks was one of the most dangerous pirate crews ever and God Valley was a pretty massive event even though it got covered up

To me Joyboy "I will save you from the past like I always have, haven't I?" and the Nika story may mean Joyboy is a deity, not a human,
