There are deadass so many silhouette characters that we cannot tell if Oda is introducing new characters or just rehashing the same silhouette guy.

Voice Actor of Louis Arnote voiced six minor characters, in which Three of them were from Wano (Nobodies)
So i'm guessing that Samurai Guy waiting for them on the Beach (Who also appears this Chapter) is indeed Louis Arnote,

If Viver Card is to be believed, his Birthday is 20th December which doesn't match with any Character We know their Birthday so far,
That means He isn't Shiki or Yorki, but Gaban is still on the menu

However, since He is Louis Arnote then Crocus obviously met him before, possibly way before He even joined Roger Pirates, so it doesn't need to be Gaban at all, He's probably a New Character

Arnott is not directly the author of Brag Men, it was implied by Oda that Brag Men was a compilation of the stories of many explorers around the world, so it's not sure who the real author of the book is.

It was shown in Robin's Flashback so it's +22 Years Old

If Louis Arnot is the guy who met Crocus then He doesn't look Giant, his Size is same as Crocus
