How old is this book in universe? Is it possible that Louis Arnot was/is a giant?

It’s between 22 and 100 years old. We know it existed 22 years ago since it was in Ohara but based on current information can’t be over 100 since Dory and Brogy are the only giants to live on little garden so far.

My guess it’s probably close to 30 years old and this dude is still alive.
