Was referring specifically to the vig here. It was N1 town can absolutely afford a misfire or 2 because all the inactives are just gonna bury themselves deeper into POE as the game goes on, unless they get subbed out. And in every game I've ever played you always have scum hiding among the low posters. But what's done is done.

Disingenuous. I backed off of a tracker claim, which is what I always do with investigative role claims day 1. Optinally, I see very little reason to risk lynching them. Then later on, I voted back on it, because I overall agreed with the notion that it was a scum fake claim. My position I think should be fairly easy to track - what part of me backing off is scummy in any way? If I'm holding out for a claim from a scum mate, it would stand to reason that I would encourage them to claim earlier, and not leave it until last minute.

I'm not against it. Wouldn't mind getting claims from low to no activity slots aggressively anyway.

The kills are a bit weird. They feel like safe, easy ones. Doesn't really jive with a team full of inactives.

Think I'd like to see a bit more from Ekko today as well, otherwise he can possibly claim. The kills line up with something he would think to do, generally safe kills are savvy in these games as they don't really inform anything.

York was more front and center and was one of the main people against publicly claiming what location you visit. Could see a vig shoot there if they felt wary. Yasheen was more background and less likely to have any eyes on him compared to York so he would be a safe kill early when there's still unclaimed abilities out there

If location was a reason, Luka would've died imo. There are multiple people more active than Yasheen and Town can't protect all of them. Idk, doesn't make much sense to me personally but sure

I think a Mafia and a Serial make sense as the ones doing the kills. And I think Ekko actually fits the profile of Serial better - staying under the radar, not really solving, and the aforementioned kills. As Mafia, I would expect him to be a hit more careful in how he positions around Polar Bear, and generally take more care in his positions at large.

This is the problem with 2024 Mafia - I'm not being defensive. I'm outlining why your statement doesn't make sense to me. The intent is to have you defend your statement by outlining your thought process - not by playing it down. Whatever you read me as, you're going to need to explain why I as Mafia play around Polar that way, and I don't think anyone is going to be able to come up with a compelling angle. And if you can't, then it follows that I should be a town read, or at least, explicitly not Mafia.

I think @Michelle had the biggest defense of Polar which given his role makes sense for a scum to defend a powerful mate anyone else that was really trying to defend should probably be looked at closer
