Obviously Ron and freaking Hermione would be in the game, lmao. You aren't saying anything profound here. Next, you'll 'confirm' that Harry Potter is also in the game:kobeha:
Broheim this is 2024.

In 2023 we had a JJK game with Megumi and Nobara as fakes.
We had an Avatar game with Zuko and Katara and Soka as fakes.
Fuji once hosted a WCI game in which the BMPs were Town and Big Mom of all people was a fake.

Characters are completely NAI. The only way to confirm them is if them being in the game is stated via roles.

So me and Charlie confirming each other is pretty important and good.

Hermione Granger

Vote Lynch Pot Goblin

fact that you're STILL rather take a guess from inactive dude who has well known hate boner for Ekko for granted but look for excuses to downpay investigation results kinda prevents me from town reading you

dude who makes you look GUILTY when you're NOT GUILTY

How far I'll go...
True, I haven't played in years. Early claiming is still bad IMO especially with critical roles. It should be a last resort
we all used to have this principle before but the more we played "real" mafia the more we realized claiming and not playing selfishly is an essential part of the game. town wins and loses together, even if you dont like it, when other townies are suspecting you, its better to just claim if you are town and not waste their time, specially if mech is being hinted/claimed at you

this is why town used to lose alot before due to selfish plays, but now win much more frequently

i see where you're coming from but none of these are actually scummy:

- asking scum reads and PoE to claim helps us get something from them to work with since they arent playing the game
- claiming quickly is not equivalent to folding, i didnt claim to muugen, i claimed to ultra mass tagging. it's just to not waste time and skip a bunch of silly goose chase, and also to inform town in the lynch. how we used to play in WG years ago is different from where we play elsewhere, i see where you're coming from in that you are used to people refusing to claim good roles and selfishly playing with them. how we play is different. if someone is hinting mech on you or you reach a certain level of votes, we usually claim right away to not waste town's time, and quite frankly i dont care if my role is outed at this point. we dont need roles to win the game anyway
- my ability is wolf animagus, you'd have to take this with fuji
- wanting normal vig to die was a half joke in that i'd have used the role much better than the real vig. obviously i was talking the piss if it wasnt clear by the dumbpepe emote

anyway this helps me get a perspective of how u r viewing this and its influenced by how used to the old WG mafia playstyle you are. now with this information what do u think?
You've given me a lot to think about so I'll vote for Alwaysmind as I have work to do and don't have the time to give this the time it needs to judge.
Isn't becoming a top wagon out of nowhere a few hours before eod a last resort?
I would expect a fiercer fight. Mugen came out of nowhere and basically bullied him into claiming and putting him on ignore.

It isn't selfish to hold your cards for the benefit of town. Claiming critical roles puts a target on your back that mafia can exploit.
