It's not about feats tbh. It's about their mentality. Shiryu uses his DF power and stealth to attack his opponents.
Zoro on the other hand, will not do any of that underhanded stuff and fights directly.

He literally called Kaidou's name, clashed in a direct exchange and left a permanent scar. I think that is much more impressive than whatever Shiryu did to Garp.

Sword skill issue.
Shiryu looks pathetic compared to even Rooftop Zoro if we're being honest.

Looks worse than Queen.
He at a DF that gave him 1/5th the abilities of Queen’s tech.
Worse physicality based on how they took blows from BM/Garp respectively.
Maybe even weaker attack speed since Queen can tag BM and fire lasers.

Sneak Attack is his thing, even if it looks lame, if a Sneak attack works on a Top Tier Haki user, it's a feat in itself and sneak attacking becomes worthy.. It's a double edge way of fighting, but if Shiryu masters the perfect undetectable Sneak Attack, it's his win..
