They have likely sent 10 ships for each warlord, so 40 warships out.
They then also escort 50 monarchs back to their countries which also includes powerful individuals (like Garp to FMI).
Their man power is just busy, even if they have an admiral at marine HQ. They dont have the forces to back up the admirals

This chapter was pretty great, much Information, even more questions for us. I am very interested in the Storys behind all These great characters. We know BMs History and ist interesting and i kinda understand her way (orphaned by parents and stuff), i hope we will get this Kind of Story for Kaido and later Blackbeard too. Even from Rocks i would love to get this Story. So far, it seems that None of These characters were Born evil and i love that. There must be a reason why this Monsters are exactly These Monsters. Take a look at Mingo, for sure he went in the wrong direction, but you can understand his way, based on his experience and his life.

WB was Kaido nakama, and he has to chose to help his nakama save his son, and take revenge for his Captain Rocks, or help WG kill his nakama?! Even if we take as example BM and Kaido answer should be simple, what Kaido would chose in that situation.
Naah, what if Shanks was actually WG agent? We already got his meeting with Gorosei, also what if he was the one who was related to Roger's sickness? Poison? Ofcourse I'm not exactly serious, but...

Nah, Garp + Roger fighted obviously the whole Crew or at least Rox + his 3 strongest. It is shown in the Panel.
For me, it doesnt make sense, because the Gorosei seemed to only accept his asking because he is pretty peacefull and keeps the other 3 in order. It wasnt more an Eye-to-Eye Meeting, nothing like he is working for them. Shanks seem to respect them, but not taking them above him.

This is the big question. I mean, he is right, everything is going around wano. The Poneglyphs, Oden (which appeared everywhere), Kaido and BM on Wano right now... To much coincidence, even a character inside the Story sees it. Something more seems to be behind it and i guess this is around Momos Mother and her DF.
