I don't know that much about star wars when it comes with the mention of true sith but the way the imperial soldiers act and the way that the sith and his apprentice act is extremely disgusting,

I think the Villain and his apprentice are more fallen Jedi/Dark Jedi. Sith are a whole other level then a Dark Jedi. Dark Jedi only using the Dark Side for their selfish reasons,Sith are the embodiment of the Dark Side. The Sith also using the deeper power of the Dark Side like Sith Sourcery or Force Lightning and they are completly corrupted by the Dark Side (Yellow/Red Eyes) and physical degradation like we saw with Palpatine.
