Aren't containers used for refugees in some countries? Better than tents in winter seasons.

Also I think containers exist in some slums or poor african regions.

The housing problem is not actually a housing problem. It's a corporate and politician problem trying their best to keep people away from housing by making certain housing options illegal. In reality, housing could be ridiculously cheap.

It's not hard to be viable and specific in an outcast one piece forum where people tend to make 100 threads on Mihawk, his haki or Black Blades, rather than discussing and dissecting current events from the manga lol.
