General & Others Things you fear Oda will do that are unfortunate possibilities

Someone powerful and legendary enough to have Whitebeard, Shiki, Kaido, BM all work under him?

Dude's legend even got erased from history.
Definitely the most hyped character in the modern OP history without a doubt.

I don't think he was powerful enough to beat Roger and Garp 1v2 though, that's why he lost.
But I can see him being so strong that Roger and Garp thought it's impossible to 1v1 him and win.

Same.

That's why he lost.
I just think it would be neat

I don't buy Rocks being a gag character, his subordinates might have badmouthed him but I believe it was due to him having a reckless personality (WB badmouthed him during God Valley for charging and losing sight of their objective). Like an evil Luffy who also sometimes get badmouthed by straw hats despite all of them being devoted to him.

Kaido had him alongside top tiers when he had his vision

Don't see someone Whitebeard running errand for a fraud as he recruited Kaido on Rocks order.

Sengoku also suggested Rocks might have been Roger most powerful enemy

最強の敵

The Buggy comparison is iffy, Buggy is only Cross Guild "captain" because Crocodile prefer to work in the shadow and Mihawk is a loner. Or Whitebeard, Shiki, Big Mom and Kaido all became captains later
I don't see any reason for all of them to follow someone weaker than them

If I were to bet on Rocks he was truly powerful and had insane charisma but also a bad personality.

It's really not up to debate, no point in introducing some Uber threat with no equivalent in modern time.

Debunked in my first post.
Crocodile likes to work in the shadow and Mihawk doesn't care about leading.
Not comparable to 4 future captains of massive crews
Crocodile like to work in the shadow so much he decided to directly target the WG, yeah that's a good one. I guess you poke the beard when you don't want him to see you

I feel Akainu losing to Sabo is an even bigger waste, to both characters.
Ahh yess, the young political revolutionary who has ideals of change, beating the reigning fleet admiral who has his own ideals of justice and how the world should be ran. With one having to figure out how to overcome his DFs natural disadvantage.

Is def worst. L depthful fight, should be a toonfest featuring magma and one-liners. My fault.

Dragon/Fujitora would be my ideal opponents for him in all seriousness. But Sabo is the next good deal.

Sabo beating Sakazuki instead of it being Luffy.

Nami forgiving Arlong. I'd rather he comes back for Nami to solo his ass, and if he has any sort of redemption arc, he dies protecting humans or some shit.
Koby will beat akainu
