Yamato not join,

I am not sure that's possible but it would be unfortunate
Honestly at this point there doesn’t seem to be much reason for Yamato to join. She’s doing her own thing in Wano and unlike Jinbei she wasn’t asked by Goofy or anybody else to join, she just forced herself in. Nobody in the crew is expecting her to join either

Ahh yess, the young political revolutionary who has ideals of change, beating the reigning fleet admiral who has his own ideals of justice and how the world should be ran. With one having to figure out how to overcome his DFs natural disadvantage.

Is def worst. L depthful fight, should be a toonfest featuring magma and one-liners. My fault.

Dragon/Fujitora would be my ideal opponents for him in all seriousness. But Sabo is the next good deal.
Also Akainu killed his brother?
Like, if Sabo is not in the story to defeat Akainu, what's his role???

It is unfortunate that Usopp might die because his dream does not require him to live. His death could ironically further his dream by making him a remembered brave warrior of the seas, as sacrificing one's life to save another is an act of great bravery.

I think odas answer to a fan question was that none of the Main characters will die ecxept…
