Kuma‘s mind getting cured was actually predictable, I never saw Kuma’s death as anything real. Just a cheap emotional bait again by Oda. It’s still the best executed tragedy though, can’t wait for that whole running scene to get animatied. But yeah, it still cheapened the entire thing. Oda just doesn’t want to be a good writer these days lmfao

I also thought Kuma wouldn't die the moment Vegapunk implied Buccaneer had a special abilility that wasn't answered on Egghead. But both Stella and Kuma in the same chapter is too much, especially after we just had Saul being back. Even Disney is darker than modern One Piece.

I don't mind the whole Lilith curing Kuma, but the whole brining back Stella is just fucking dumb.

Yeah the real Stella is still dead and that they are simply just making a clone, but it still feels dumb.

I was ok with the other Punks surviving but having Stella come back as well even as a clone, just ruins that whole moment with Vegapunk being killed.

Although to be fair it seems like the Stella clone isn't complete yet, so maybe the Stella clone won't be ready until either the very end of the series.

I think what bothers me a lot about it as well is how casual they seem to be about it. Like yeah, Stella is coming back as a clone, that's totally the same thing as the real one... Like what?
