But Danks is going to lose now, in this arc… He’s probably the strongest holy knight and he’s already going to lose BEFORE the Gorosei lose… and you can’t count Garling among the holy knights now since he’s a Gorosei… So again, these guys are t important… Danks is important but the group itself is not
No character has EVER mentioned being able to see a haki effect… no one has ever said they could see Black armament hardening… no has said the could see any lightning from any clash, thus includes white lightning or black lightning for any haki

anyway if you want further proof that Vegapunk doesn’t accuse the WG of trying to end the world you can just look at the reactions to his news. No single person reacting to the information ever says “let’s storm Mariejois and stop them from killing us all”… Dragon says that Vegapunk’s entire speech will only result in everyone going to war with each other over higher ground… If Vegapunk had revealed the culprit of the flooding, then obviously the entire world would unite to destroy the culprit, but he didn’t

No one mentioning the lightning doesn’t disprove that it’s not there. This might be a very high-level use of haki to manifest oneself to another place. Remember that devil fruits are basically just people wishing for these powers as implied by Vegapunk. Haki and dfs are two sides of the same coin - willpower. An outlandish application of haki like this summoning circle is not farfetched when you think about how people willed devil fruits into existence themselves.
