Murder in the name of ideology is terrorism. It's just like some people kill other random people on the streets cause they don't like their religion or political affiliation.
There will be no long term change from this. You need an organized militancy to guide the masses to act in a way to make an impact. Everyone will forget about this soon enough and corps will return to their old shenanigans. That Luidi guy only ruined himself.
A long term change already happened. Just not in the system, but in people's mind.
This murder, while tragic, brought hope and class awareness to millions of people, and not just in the US
While you are right, we need street organized militancy to create structural change, to create this initial push in the street, we need the right mindset first. And this is exactly what this guy just gave to millions of people. The awareness that Billionnaire are the problem (at least in this sector, for the moment) is exactly what happened.
Until this day, people thought that they were alone in front of the injustice of the system. But the moment it happened, they saw the entire crowd of millions suffering with them. This is not something that one can simply forget.
Anti-zionism has a much broader sense, especially nowadays. This is about freedom of expression, so you can only be a nazi antisemite without expressing it, basically.

I think something very important to keep in mind is prefiguration, if there is no alternative to capitalism, and no solution being made to the issues mentioned, there will be no systemic change,
For example capitalism was prefigured a lot before it took over as the main mode of production,
As another example, how do you do a revolution to overthrow slavery?
I think first you make an alternative for the slaves, if they can only be fed and exist within the system their " legal owners" made for them then, you can free them, but then they will die of starvation, lack of shelter, malnutrition, or live way worse lives, so first an alternative is made, that the slaves can go to and where they can live, to have the option of freedom,
And then you help the slaves be free by going to that alternative option of freedom, and overthrow their " legal owners" by force if they try to stop the people from being free,
There is another example of this with the way the jewish people were freed from slavery, I will put a spoiler for those who want to see it,
Exodus 14:9-14
9 But the Egyptians pursued after them, all the horses and chariots of Pharaoh, and his horsemen, and his army, and overtook them encamping by the sea, beside Pihahiroth, before Baalzephon.
10 And when Pharaoh drew nigh, the children of Israel lifted up their eyes, and, behold, the Egyptians marched after them; and they were sore afraid: and the children of Israel cried out unto the Lord.
11 And they said unto Moses, Because there were no graves in Egypt, hast thou taken us away to die in the wilderness? wherefore hast thou dealt thus with us, to carry us forth out of Egypt?
12 Is not this the word that we did tell thee in Egypt, saying, Let us alone, that we may serve the Egyptians? For it had been better for us to serve the Egyptians, than that we should die in the wilderness.
13 And Moses said unto the people, Fear ye not, stand still, and see the salvation of the Lord, which he will shew to you to day: for the Egyptians whom ye have seen to day, ye shall see them again no more for ever.
14 The Lord shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace.
God prepared the way before He set them free, because as they asked, paraphrasing so I'm not saying it word for word in the next quote,
Why have you lead us into the wilderness, to die? It had been better for us to serve the egyptians than to die in the wilderness
And so there must be an option of freedom otherwise the system of opression is the only option
Like for example withf ree software, the most effective way of making all relevant software be free software, is making free software, not protesting non-free software,

Like you can have militancy but a far left militancy with no prefiguration makes a capitalist world,
The incident caused other insurance companies like Blue Cross Blue Shiled to dial back on some of their predatory policies in fear of further retaliation.
It's called socialism. Socialism that can take either the face of communism or anarchism, but we do have something to propose. Which is why the time to act, is now. Although when I say "act" I'm not saying revolution but a real massif street organization.

No the Supreme Court established that you have the right to be openly racist. Nazis hold public rallies all across America.
Im not exactly sure what are the legal implications of defining antisemitism the way Ohio has. But you can definitely still be an anti Zionist, even an antisemite.

None of the articles I pulled up on this topic actually explained how the definition change would have legal implications.
It feels largely symbolic to me. I guess maybe you could be charged with a hate crime if you vandalize a Zionist institution.
