Versus Battle Can Garp one-shot Marugori?

Top tiers are top tiers because they can fight each other. They are overall close enough for them to have a fight.
Garp is among the strongest top tiers.
‘Is Kizaru faster than Garp ? At full speed yeah it’s likely. Can Garp fight Kizaru and somewhat react to him with speed and haki ? Yeah totally
and that means that Garp scales to Kizaru speed wise. If you think Kizaru is light speed then Garp is light speed or close to it. Because he can fight him without being blitzed like a bum.
You can think WB endurance is greater than Garps, why not. But are they relative in endurance yeah. Garp fought Roger, Xebec and Shiki. So Garp can/could take top tiers hit and carry on. Either with his haki, or strong body or willpower etc.
‘So Garp scales in endurance even if it’s lesser than WB.
Same for AP. Garp scales to the top tiers of OP and especially scales to the strongest guys because he fought them.
Even if I disagree you can think BG would overpower Garp strongest move ever. But it won’t neg diff it and there will be a good clash. So it scales

Funny that equaling WB means having one of the highest AP and DC levels in the series, that's how the community has always treated Gura Gura, but Sengoku with a mythical zoan equaled Gura Gura off-screen, Garp only with physical strength and Haki can equal Roger who equaled WB at his peak, but Kaidou who has superior physical strength and the same type of Haki cannot. 🤡🤡 🤡🤡 🤡🤡 🤡🤡

OP characters are monsters that suffer from lack of DC. All attacks are thrown in each other face and not directly to the ground / earth
If Kaido is relativistic (if you scale to Kizaru max speed being light speed) and if Kaido is relative to other monster Top tiers (WB, Roger, BG from Luffy etc) then Kaido is likely continent level at least
BG had enough force to send Kaido straight to hell and to the center of the earth. How bad it would affect a country and continent if it was directed straight up to the ground ? Real real bad.

Because it clashed with Kaido attack first and then landed on Kaido and not directly on the ground
Luffy made that hole with an indirect attack and launching a projectile after clashing with Kaido
Luffy or kaido landing that attack direct to the ground would have made the same damages, at all. that power, with that size and that speed. The damage on the ground would have been immense.
