Allowed, every mega was allowed except:

Alakazite
Blastoisite
Gengarite

Because Relo allowed modern mechanics, while limiting the pool of pokemon you could choose being from the Gen 1 and 2 era only.

Pokemon Showdown allows the use of Megas and Z-Moves even though they were only present exclusively in the gen they were introduced in (Gen 6 and 7)

Heracross who was weak to houndoom lol, Houndoom wasnt the problem it was his speed.
