Because Grammaton as a player would absolutely play this game as town but he hates @Ghostface Killa 's guts and likely didnt want to play with him, if he rolled scum he would still play imo for the sake of his team but he didnt. He didnt make a single post which made me lock him town. Congrats.

it's why servers in some states get really pissed being stiffed or no tipped. it's also the name of the game and something that comes with the job but there's alot more at stake for people that are being paid under 3 an hour

Imo its the owner that needs to pay you guys more servers shouldnt rely on tips to survive, tips should be a bonus to your service not something needed.

right now i work at a corporate job, im fairly used to it

but even if the wage was increased, it still wouldn't be livable. tips are likely to decrease if america decides to try to eradicate tipping culture. i get more than most jobs that pay a much higher hourly wage

Why would tipping be eradicated, I always tip servers lol. I worked retail too although never in a restaurant but I did work in a Tim Hortons which is basically a Dunkey Donuts like place where I worked in the sandwiches station and people would tip me but I was paid well without the tip. Im actually baffled at what youre saying, Canada takes better care of its workers.

i have gotten 100 dollar tips on small bills like twice since working here

some tips can be really demotivating but you'll always get days where people surprise you and it makes up for it

the kicker is we don't get free meal

we get a 50% discount

i think this is the only place that has free refills for sides that won't cost a thing luckily

one of my managers is hella based as hell and just pays for the meal (when the GM isn't here) so i get it for free sometimes
they also sometimes give out free meal cards for picking up shifts and whatnot

probably the better place ive worked when it comes to corp

He didnt vote anyone but Ali at the end, idk what to make of it tbh, didnt event vote Orca when he was consenus wagon which I guess is a good point for him unless he has TMI and didnt want to vote him to look good off his flip. The lack of interest in pushing anyone is indeed something I noted.

Boils down to not really catching a scum scent at the time. Felt at the end Ali was the better option than Orca as I simply didn't see that fella as scum. Might just be me but I don't think anyone has felt glaringly scummy or pingy which makes it hard to find a path. Need to prod more when I get the time
