It seems pretty explicit that he is saying that Ghostface was the Cop, and that it is CC to him.

But I'd have to look at if Ghostface claimed details about his cop or not, but York seems to be a very specific kind of Cop that only checks Magic users, checking their Tier and if they are Gremlin or not.

well, he's not vig as he says

probably not flower's faction unless they had 2 kills, kill on fuji is 100% their job, my guess atm would be that he shoot her BECAUSE he thought she's town but then she tanked it so he decided to paint her as ra 2.0

but this is something to consider on D4, if there're still 3 kills, RA probably wasn't sk and there're 2 mafia teams
