Also, and I literally just caught up on discussion that happened before I started posting today, I see there was some fretting about my silence during The Flower Wagon. I understand why there would be suspicion on me for that, and you are free to disbelieve my explanation in regards to it, but I will try to explain my absence nonetheless
I was watching Wicked, lol. I had got the notif from Fuji asking for opinions on Flower earlier and I was like "yeah I'll have time to ISO Flower after I go on my movie date, we've got most of the day left" and by the time this message got sent
My phone was off and we were about 15 minutes into the film, and then when I got out of the theater the day was over

Now I understand that you may not want to claim your tier publicly, which is fine - though ironically you asked earlier if you should claim, seemingly at random lmao
Fuji was Janitored, I was blocked (?) and Alexis is kind of unaccounted for.
I think however the targets are a bit strange, since logically you'd assume tha RA was the mafia kill since RA is a tier 0, but with a janitor in play that automatically becomes much more likely to be the scum kill. Also seeing as it is Fuji that got janitored, I think it is quite safe to conclude this was the mafia kill.
Now then who killed RA then?
And assuming RA wasn't AFK and forgot to submit a kill, the only one he could've targeted is Alexis - which from my current understanding of the mechanics - is very strange he's still standing.

Polar Bear: He's relatively inactive. His focus on you looks suspicious. He correctly read Fujishiro and Flower.
Mr. Reloaded: I think his claim's weak and his overall contribution has been minimal. Bussed Flower probably.
