"Why didn't Akainu quickly gather all 7 Dragon Balls to summon Shenlong and wishing he kills Kuma in result?"
"Why was Kuma successfully dodging?"
YEAH, WHY WAS KUMA EVEN TRYING TO DODGE AN ATTACK AND SUCCEEDED????? Akainu should have the opportunity to melt his brain off without Kuma trying to see his daughter.

Who? Adv CoC Gear 4th ? The sky splitting Gear 4th Luffy is far stronger than Ace who Deskainu killed while he was using his body.
What's more funny is the fact that Sabo could have saved both from his attack quite easily while carrying as seen by what Oda drew in 2017.

Back to the main argument, Deskainu failed despite using a named attack at beating a 1 HP Heavily injured, Brain dead, tortured Kuma who normally in this condition would have his reaction speed dropped enormously.

VS

Base Kaido with one named attack finished off a healthy YC above 1 HP Kuma in Base.

Yeah, Deskainu shouldn't fail at stopping a brain dead, heavily injured, tortured mf on his 1 HP while using a named attack; if he's that strong he should have melted his whole face and stopped his rampage on marijeoise yet he failed completely and Kuma succeded at evading and leaving the island to save bonney yet Kaido stopped Luffy in one named attack.
