Loki might become a SH only if he can manipulate his size or of Franky builds a giant ship. While the idea is interesting to entertain, Loki kinda gives off "island princess" vibe and is likely to be instrumental in Elbaph's future.

If his devil fruit is revealed to have the ability to change his size, like maybe he can turn into a shape-changing deity or demon too, then I think he has a good chance of joining.

Oda is trying to explore hip and booty fanservice after years of doing mostly equally sized and overused boob shots, but its hardly an improvement since his female proportions still suck eggs. Oda refusing subtlety this arc I see. Keeping the six strawhats who would recognise Vivi's message away from it. And now the Harley texts are introduced that no one can read anymore because of the language it's in. Conveniently Robin is not present. Gee I wonder who might be able to read the text Oda.
I actually hope that the Holy Knight is in fact Shanks. I just think it would be more interesting for the story and for Luffy personally. Like it would challenge everything Luffy has done and thought up until now. Plus a Shanks playing all sides to get the best outcome is just more interesting then him being the good guy who gets killed to motivate Luffy. Do it Oda.
