It was an entire fight that was off screened that ended with Luffy being literally spared by Kizaru. Idc about what you think he could’ve done, Oda showed Luffy isn’t strong enough to beat an admiral yet and that if Kizaru wanted to, he would’ve ended Luffy in egghead.

kizaru being fast enough to give luffy food without anyone being able to see him doing it or even moving from his spot means hes fast enough to blitz basically anyone in the series if he really wanted to. kizaru's max speed is literally light speed, not cartoon laser speed.
