The narrative remains the same. Only the mightiest have FS, it's a power equal to aCoC.
What's with all the weird hate for Katakuri? He's probably the only truly great thing Lolda has made since the timeskip.
The only beef I have with him, and one of the biggest proofs that Loda is senile, was the fact that he initially made Katakuri a logia, only to change it into a "special paramecia" in the volume version despite that nothing about his fruit works like a paramecia.
The whole Devil Fruit categories have always been stupid since a lot of fruits in paramecia can be put into their own categories like body alteration or substance production, but in Katakuri's case, he should've been a logia and just claim that there's an island somewhere that has mocchi grow naturally since Usopp landed on an island that naturally grows ramen with bowls and an island made of giant eggs smh. Or just claim that his fruit works like a logia because he's awakened since awakening is as big of a pardon for bullshit as haki is now.

Oda having Kizaru being the one feeding Luffy to get him back up ended any chance that Luffy could actually beat Kizaru 1v1. You’re literally just arguing against the canon story
